Setup with some Riptide pivot cups and APS tall bushings, have yet to ride a nicer cast truck.
Falling in love with Arsenals (from a Paris loyalist)

I've used Paris 150s almost exclusively for distance pushing, commuting, and cruising on double drop Pantheon decks since I started skating a few years back. I know Arsenals are marketed towards freeriders but I tried to some used 165s and was blown away so I went ahead and grabbed a new set of the raw silver 165s. These are more stable, more linear, have a deeper carve and just feel way more precise and predictable than Paris, even with the stock bushings. I understand what "precision" means now. These are my first time using tall barrels and I love the bottomless feel. I'm a big guy, 215 on a good day. To dial in Paris trucks takes wider Riptide Canon bushings (which I love) in harder duros (92.5a-95a) and large cupped washers on both sides. With Arsenal I can run stock bushings (90a) or go even lighter without worrying about my fat ass carving too hard or wobbling. No washer BS necessary (which is how they ship, naturally). And with softer and taller bushings things like 1-foot steering and pumping become quite accessible in a way that my previous setups did not allow. Plus these trucks JUST LOOK SEXY. Highly recommend going raw. The painted ones are definitely thick and the black version didn't feel quite as precise. But definitely don't hesitate to put these in the A+ for pushing, commuting, LDP, moderate pumping.
Very turnable

I use these trucks for pumping. They turn very well. I installed RipTide tall cones (83WFB at boardside, 80 APS at roadside for front, 90APS tall barel+85APS tall cone for rear) and Array Machined Cone Sleeved Washers. I am very pleased with them.
