Description

The 2017 Prism Theory V2 combines a traditional top mount with a micro-drop to give you the best of both the freeride and downhill world.

The Theory comes in at 36" long, 10" wide, and wheelbase options ranging from 26-27" for a very nimble yet stable feel. Micro drops in the front and back give you something to wedge your front and back foot into to keep you where you are, while the W concave gives you added leverage and stiffness.

Rocker runs from truck mount to truck mount, with flush mounts keeping your truck angles true so you wont have to worry about dewedging.

All in all, this board is great for riders who are looking for a downhill/freeride board with lots of features. For such a complex concave, the Theory is one of the more comfortable boards out there.

We recommend setting this board up with 184mm Caliber II Trucks and 70mm Blood Orange Liam Morgan Wheels.

Prism's Description

The Theory reminds us that barriers can always be pushed, whether it’s on the skateboard or the curves we press into them. Rocker and wheel flares create the illusion of a dropped platform while radial concave and mild W-concave keep your feet planted.

Same tried and true shape/mold but with a new layup: 7 plies of maple, 2 sheets of prepreg fiberglass, and laminated with epoxy.

L: 36" | W: 10" | WB: 26-27"

I looked at this board for almost a year. Trying to decide which board would be my next and this board delivers in every way. It's the Cadillac of Downhill boards.
