It is important to know that MuirSkate is not responsible to pay any Duty, Fee, or Tax levied by the country in which you reside. If these fees are not paid to the broker or to the proper authorities, your package will not be delivered to you. Receiving your package
If you refuse to accept your package at the time of delivery, you will not be refunded the amount that you paid for your items. Refusing delivery may result in destruction or confiscations of your package by your local authorities. You are responsible for any fees or taxes required to take possession of your package in your country. You must also be available or have someone present at the time of delivery. You will be responsible to contact the carrier to arrange delivery or pickup after the initial attempt at delivery. You will be required to have identification at the time of pickup.
Package arrival times
We usually have your package processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
The time that it takes for your package to arrive varies depending on the shipping option you have chosen and the location of your country.
USPS does not guarantee their delivery times due to international customs policies which vary from country to country. You can usually expect your package within 1 to 2 weeks after your package leaves the United States. If your package is being held by Customs for inspection, it could take up to 30 days for delivery.
UPS typically delivers your package within 1 week. If your package is being held by Customs for inspection, it could take longer.
If you want to return your order after it has been shipped from our warehouse you will need to take the following steps: accept the package when it arrives at your residence, and then contact us at [email protected] with your order information. The items must be in original condition as we shipped them to you. You will need to pay for return shipping. We will only refund you the cost of the items you ordered once your returned package has been signed by and inspected by an authorized employee. It takes 3 business days for your bank to receive the refund once we approve your return. We do not accept returns on used items. We do not accept returns 10 days after it arrives at your residence.
We carefully inspect international packages several times and to make sure that your package leaves as you have ordered it. If you do have a claim, we allow 10 days after delivery to file a concern regarding your package.
Product Warranty Issues
We do not manufacture the products we sell. The product’s manufacturers ask you to email them with your specific claim. They will ask you to email them images of the defective product with a thorough description.
