Expected Shipping Time All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days via UPS or the US Postal Service. Any prospected delay falling outside of this range will be dealt with on a customer to customer basis.
If an item or part of your order is out of stock, we will contact you to ask if we should ship a Partial Shipment. We do this because we know that you want your equipment as fast as possible.
Fraud Verification We closely monitor credit card fraud. If billing and shipping information do not match at the time we process your order, we may contact you via telephone or email for verification. We do this to protect the card holder from possible fraud. This could delay your shipment. We will do our best to contact you in order to insure a timely delivery.
Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to give you the opportunity to return an unused item that you decided was not right for you. If you do decide to return an item, please send an e-mail to [email protected] In your email, provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. Once we approve the return, you may ship the package back to our warehouse (at the address provided below) using the shipping method of your choice. Please include a note in the box, specifying again the original order number, the item(s) you are returning, and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
All returned items must not have any wear or damage when received at our warehouse. Complete Skateboards must be in the original condition in which we sent them to you. Decks must not be drilled using your hardware. Wheels must be in the original condition that we sent to you.
Sometimes after receiving an item a customer may decide that the item may not fit what they wanted at time of purchase. Since we shipped the item at the time of purchase at no cost to you, we have to recover the cost of shipping. As long as the item meets the guidelines of our return policy, we will refund you the cost of the item minus the shipping cost. Refunds are issued once your item(s) are received and we determine that they are not damaged. Once we receive your item(s) we will either call or email for your Credit Card Expiration Date, needed for the refund. Please be aware that once we issue your refund, it will take 4-7 business days for the bank to release your funds.

As much as possible we try to make the information we collect optional to you so you can choose what personal information to enter and what not to enter. By signing up for the free newsletter service you will receive every so often receive a newsletter with Muir Surf and Sport surf reports, articles, surf product updates, and special announcements from MuirSkate.com. What information do we collect when I purchase from the store?
When you order, we need to know all the relevant information in order to get our goods to your door and communicate any information about your order to you. This includes your name and address for shipping and your email address to notify you of your order status. We also collect credit card information, but do not store it, so that we can process your order.
