Landyachtz Evo Downhill Longboard Deck w/ Grip

The Landyachtz Evo downhill longboard skateboard continues to be the racers choice of downhill longboards. What makes this board special is that it is a drop board top mount that has a lower center of gravity making it stable than most downhill boards at top speed. It is wide at 10" with deep concave toward the front of the Evo locking in your front foot. The Landyachtz Evo downhill longboard skateboard has deep sharp rails to rest your toes and heels so that you can put distribute your front weigh at higher speeds without shifting your feet so that you can turn the Evo. The Wheels base of 35.75" allows distribution of your weight over the front truck creating more distance allowing a lower tuck for higher speed. Also notice that Landyachtz angled the nose for turning and De-wedged the tail for stability so that you don't have to. Adding risers is an option, but not necessary.

Most longboarders would think the Landyachtz Evo is strictly a downhill longboard just by its very design features . Although it is designed for downhill, you will see many guys and girls commuting around town or pushing from classes to their cars. The Evo is a lower to center of gravity board meaning that is close to the ground. The benefit to this is that they are easy to push putting less pressure on your back. Just loosen the front truck or put a softer bushing in and you will be ready to commute. You can still hit a hill when necessary too.

For the preferred Downhill set-up you should try out the Bear 852 181mm downhill longboard trucks with a Venon Eliminator/Barrel Bushing combination. We also suggest 83mm Flywheel longboard wheels by Abec 11 or 75mm Orangatang In heats longboard wheels. Commuters might try a combination of smaller wheels like 76mm Abec 11 Fly Wheel or 70mm 4 Presidents by Orangatang. Also, the Bear 852 181mm longboard trucks with a softer DH Barrel combination by Venom would work for getting around town. Just tighten them down and you can hit some local hills!!
